Professor H2O
The effervescent Professor H2O is on a mission to dazzle you with drains, ponder over pipes and wonder at water. Amazing unplugged facts about water and pipes mixed with bubbles of music from his unique musical plumbing. This whirlpool of information and entertainment is flushed with urgency and humour. Immerse yourself in his show Watery Notes to understand how valuable and essential water is for all life on earth and our need to conserve it.
Suitable for ages between 2 and 102.

Richard Osmond – Pond Dipping

From 10am to 5pm there will be a mobile science lab on Coach House Lawn! Go and catch some thingies in the Lake and bring them back to the Lab where Dr. Richard Osmond, an ecologist and a great enthusiast of natural history and education will magnify then and display on a large screen. The Lab is a magic trailer full of equipment linked to microscopes and computers – a giant projection screen will enlarge all the tiny creatures that are being examined and make monsters out of the mini-beasts caught in the Staunton Lake.


Anglers – Taster sessions
Come and try your hand at fishing on the lake at Staunton! Book free instruction from one of the team of anglers on both days of the Water Festival. Sponsored by the Water Festival and the Environment Agency.

Faith in Football
The team will be there with their sports speed gun and a goal for everyone to try. They will also be promoting the importance of water for all sportsmen

Staunton Re Cycle Fish
Join Jules and Tim Simmons on Coach House Lawn creating an exciting new project from debris collected from the show to illustrate the challenges facing the environment today.
